Advise Transact was engaged initially to position our client’s asset to the market through undertaking complex lease negotiations with several existing tenants. We further added value through undertaking refurbishment works that ensured the property presented well, and then proceeded to engage Burgess Rawson and Gross Waddell ICR to handle an international expressions of interest campaign (after a rigorous selection process that saw all agencies put their best foot forward to win the listing).
